Empowering Equestrians to Achieve Peak Performance

Meet Laura

I didn't create Hidden Heights Fitness because I wanted to coach fitness.

I created it because I watched talented riders struggle with the same problem over and over again.

They loved their horses.
They invested in lessons.
They spent thousands on tack, veterinary care, coaching, and competition.

Yet almost no one was investing in the one athlete every horse carries.

The rider.

As a lifelong equestrian, certified personal trainer with a degree in Kinesiology, and author of Ultimate Exercise Routines for Riders, I knew rider fitness deserved to be treated with the same professionalism as every other competitive sport.

Because riders are athletes.

And athletes train away from competition.

Hidden Heights Fitness exists to bridge the gap between traditional personal training and the unique physical demands of riding.

Whether you're preparing for your first recognized event or competing at the upper levels, my goal is simple:

Help you become a stronger, more balanced, more confident rider—without adding hours to your already busy schedule.

My Philosophy

Great riding doesn't come from simply working harder.

It comes from moving better.

My coaching combines strength training, mobility, body awareness, and evidence-based programming designed specifically for equestrians. Every exercise has a purpose.

Every session should make riding feel easier—not simply make you tired.
